The Criteria

  We mentioned before that there will be certain criteria by which we judge the coffee houses.  We will be weighing each shop by the following:

• Outer Attraction
• Location
• visibility from the road
• parking  
• Accessibility
• handicap accessibility
• number of entrances
• Atmosphere
• decor
• layout
• view 
• music/background
• Service
• promptness
• presentation
• Menu
• variety
• price
• Functionality
• comfort
• electronic services
• variety
• restrooms
• Bonus Points 
• random things that speak to us as individuals, making the experience special
• Anti-Points
• nit-picky things that just bother us... just because... 

  Remember, some of these criteria might not line up - with yours, or even between us - we are just trying to cover every possible point of our coffee adventures.
  Also, we would like to point out that we will not be reviewing chain coffee shops.  Some may have two or three shops, but we will try to avoid large enterprises, simply because of the lack of originality (we mean no offense).
